The 2020 Senate elections are going to be a fight. There are six states on our watch list. They are:
1. Alabama is the only significantly red state that has a Democrat up for re-election (Doug Jones). We have a great opportunity to unseat Senator Jones since he voted against confirming Justice Kavanaugh. 2. Arizona’s 2020 election will fill Senator McCain's seat. The governor named Martha McSally to fill his seat temporarily until the election. Will she hold it? Many of us became disenfranchised with McSally for the 'shrugging her shoulders' attitude after a loss to Liberal Sinema for Flake's seat last year. We felt the Sinema win was due to unchallenged voter fraud. 3. Colorado, our newest socialist state. Let’s face it, Sen. Cory Gardner's voting record proves him to be a RINO. Using the results shown by the Conservative Review, Senator Gardner cast mores with the Democrats than with the Republicans. Voting record: Conservative - 17; Liberal - 19; Missed - 0. His CR grade was an F. Darn pathetic don’t you think? This guy needs to go. Colorado, please find someone who supports the Republican Party! 4. Iowa Democrats believe they can unseat Senator Joni Ernst. Our money stays on her holding onto the seat. Yes, the Dem's did flip two house seats in NOV18 and Obama carried the state in both 2008 and 2012. However, Iowa’s Republican governor won a second term in Nov2018 and the Republican party held their majority in both state houses. Using the results shown by the Conservative Review, Senator Ernst cast more votes with the Rs than with Ds. Voting Record: Conservative - 22; Liberal - 14; Missed - 0 None the less, she voted with Ds on some questionable bills. 5. Maine Democrats believe their chances of ousting Senator Susan Collins are high. She is the only Republican holding an elected position federally and within the state. We Republicans are not enamored with Senator Collins' voting record. She is a RINO. She disregards the will of the people --because she believes she knows what is best for us. However, her wins in this state have been made with a prestigious lead over her opponents. Of course, Maine usually votes blue in the Presidential election and has since 1988. Using the results shown by the Conservative Review, Senator Collins cast more votes with Ds than she did with Rs. Voting record: Conservative - 5; Liberal - 45; Missed - 0 She failed at supporting the Republican Agenda. She really must go! Another pathetic job by another Republican senator. 6. North Carolina is a tough one and anyone’s call. Is North Carolina Republican or Democrat? All that can be said is that NC needs to watch its larger cities for Democrat influence. Senator Thom Tillis’ voting record is poor. Using the results shown by the Conservative Review, Senator Tillis cast more votes with Ds than he did with Rs. Voting record: Conservative -13; Liberal - 23; Missed - 0 Tillis performed so badly, the CR gave Tillis an F. He is another RINO that needs to go. A suitable Republican candidate replacement needs to be found because his poor performance could cause the seat to flip. _____________ Note: If you want to see specifically how your state’s Senators and Representatives are rated go to the Conservative Review’s state map.
